🚀 We’re Hiring – Lead Operator (Electrical Engineering)
Ecolog Mozambique is looking for an experienced Lead Operator to join our Operations team.
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operations, Power Generation, Utilities, Facilities Management, or Oil & Gas.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in a Lead Operator, Senior Operator, or Control Room Operator role.
✔ Experience with SCADA, DCS, PLC, and Central Control Room (CCR) operations.
✔ Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, generators, motors, pumps, transformers, switchgear, and industrial plant equipment.
✔ Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
