Our client in Beira is looking for a Trade Maiketing to join their team within the FMCG Sector.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, implement and monitor BTL marketing campaigns: sales activations, promotions, roadshows, application and management of point-of-sale material, etc;
- Plan activities to be implemented in formal and informal markets.
- Manage internal and external events.
- Conduct market research in relation to the positioning of the products and services provided by Organization.
- Update whenever necessary on competitor activities in the market: Prices, new releases, etc.
- Manage and ensure the good conditions of the marketing material.
- Ensure the contracting and monitoring of the services requested from third parties for the implementation of marketing actions.
- Make frequent visits to the market in your area of operation.
- Make frequent trips to other provinces in their area of operation.
- Support and ensure planning and coordination with the sales department, placement, positioning of products at points of sale – Merchandisers.
- Propose and present new ways of acting in the market.

Requirements
- Academic training at the level of higher or technical education, preferably in: Communication Sciences, Marketing and/or Advertising, Public Relations or Journalism, Marketing Management.
- Minimum professional experience of 5 years in similar functions;
- Good computer skills from the user’s point of view;
- Experience and/or knowledge of marketing and product sales;
- Advantage: Experience in the FCMG business, mobile telephony;
- Strong results orientation.
- Communicative, and with a high capacity for socialization in large groups;
- Deep knowledge of the market and its trends;
- Ability to work under pressure, and with short deadlines;
- Capacity for analysis, organization and innovation
- Driving License.
