HIRING – QHSE MANAGER (M/F) – Pemba, Mozambique
📌 Position: QHSE Manager
📍 Location:Pemba, Mozambique
🏭 Sector: Logistics / Oil & Gas (LNG Project)
📄 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time)
⏳ Experience: Minimum 5 years
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality Management (QMS)
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Lead internal and external audits
• Monitor performance indicators and customer satisfaction
2. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Deploy the project HSE management plan
• Identify and assess risks
• Supervise incident investigations and corrective actions
• Monitor inspections and subcontractor compliance
• Track and report HSE KPIs
3. Security Management
• Develop and implement security plans
• Manage project-related security risks
• Coordinate incident response activities
4. Community & Compliance
• Support local development initiatives
• Promote HSE awareness campaigns
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance
✅ PROFILE REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in QHSE or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or technical environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Experience in QHSE management systems
• Experience in Oil & Gas or large industrial projects is an advantage
