We are looking for a Piling Supervisor for a client based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique
Responsibilities
◆ Supervise daily piling operations on site, ensuring works are executed according to project specifications and method statements.
◆ Coordinate piling crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
◆ Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of piling activities.
◆ Review piling records, reports, and documentation.
◆ Liaise with site engineers, construction managers, and client representatives.
◆ Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during piling activities.
Requirements
◆ Proven experience as a Piling Supervisor in construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
◆ Strong knowledge of piling methods, equipment, and foundation works.
◆ Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors.
◆ Good understanding of HSE standards in construction environments.
◆ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and method statements.
◆ Strong communication and leadership skills.
◆ Previous experience in large-scale projects (oil & gas, LNG, or infrastructure) is an advantage.
