This is a full-time in person role for a Creative Marketing Assistant based in Maputo. The role involves a combination of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials and collaborating with team members across all creative outputs. Additionally, the role includes tasks such as graphic design, photography, videography and image editing for various marketing purposes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with team members
- Experience or proficiency in Image Editing and Photography for marketing content creation
- Knowledge of Graphic Design and Graphics creation for promotional materials
- Creativity and a passion for developing engaging marketing content
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents is preferred
Role
- Assist with content creation for social media and marketing campaigns Design simple graphics and presentations using Canva
- Support event planning and coordination
- Help schedule posts and manage content calendars
- Edit basic videos and written content
- Organize files, documents, and digital assets
- Assist with research for campaigns and brand strategy Write and respond to emails professionally
