ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Support daily finance operations, including processing supplier invoices, reviewing supporting documents, and assisting with monthly close activities.
  • Prepare and submit tax schedules (VAT, IRPS, INSS) under supervision.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, petty-cash reconciliation, and follow-up of outstanding items.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor communication and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documentation (physical and digital).
  • Assist with ticket creation, interaction with suppliers, and resolution of basic operational queries.
  • Provide administrative and finance support to the wider country team whenever required.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools.
  • High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, and Alternate Saturdays, 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
