ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Support daily finance operations, including processing supplier invoices, reviewing supporting documents, and assisting with monthly close activities.
- Prepare and submit tax schedules (VAT, IRPS, INSS) under supervision.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, petty-cash reconciliation, and follow-up of outstanding items.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor communication and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documentation (physical and digital).
- Assist with ticket creation, interaction with suppliers, and resolution of basic operational queries.
- Provide administrative and finance support to the wider country team whenever required.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and willingness to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, and Alternate Saturdays, 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
