We are Hiring: Senior Material Supervisor – Offshore (Pemba | 28/28 Rotation)
Profile Required:
Technical diploma or degree in Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields
5-8 years of experience in material management (preferably offshore or oil & gas)
Proven experience with offshore rotation systems (28/28)
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of industrial logistics and supply chain management
Solid understanding of HSE standards (Health, Safety & Environment)
Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese is an advantage
Availability to work in Pemba under a 28/28 rotation schedule
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
Advanced inventory management and stock control
Strong team leadership skills
High attention to detail and operational discipline
Ability to work under pressure in offshore environments
Effective communication in multicultural settings
Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills

Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical reference in offshore material management
Ensure full inventory accuracy and traceability
Make independent decisions in critical situations
Lead teams and enforce operational discipline
Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards
Identify risks and implement continuous improvements
Support operations, maintenance, and procurement teams
Mentor and develop junior team members
