Position Details
Position: Receptionist
Age: Up to 35 years
Gender: Female
Working Location: Maputo
Working Hours: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday; 9:00
12:00 on Saturdays
Monthly Salary: 14000-18000MZN
Key Responsibilities
1、Receive, attend to, and direct clients, visitors, and phone calls;
2、Manage the drivers work schedule;
3、Ensure control of office supplies (administrative materials);
4、Maintain and update the administrative inventory;
5、Handle interaction with administrative service providers, including follow-up and processing of payments;
6、Process payments for water, electricity, and internet services;
7、Monitor and ensure the renewal of vehicle licenses;
8、Track and manage vehicle maintenance;
9、Make hotel and restaurant reservations as required;
10、Organize and maintain updated administrative records and documentation;
11、Provide support in general administrative activities;
12、Ensure a professional reception service and uphold the company’s image.
Job Requirements
1、Fluent in Portuguese and English
2、Dynamic, proactive, and responsible profile
3、Strong communication and organizational skills
4、Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
5、Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields
