We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily execution of operational processes including orders, deliveries, and payments ;
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and identify workflow gaps ;
Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports for management ;
Coordinate activities between sales, finance, and logistics teams ;
Review and validate key transactions according to company policies ;
Support continuous improvement initiatives ;
Supervise staff and provide performance feedback ; Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field ;
3–5 years of experience in operations or coordination roles ;
Strong knowledge of workflow control and basic financial processes ;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis ;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) ;
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills ;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities ; What We Offer
