Oil & Gas Environment
Servtec SBM is supporting a major international Oil & Gas environment and is looking for a results-driven Customs & Shipping Supervisor to ensure efficient and compliant movement of goods, equipment and materials. You will play a key role in coordinating customs clearance, shipping activities and logistics operations to support project and operational requirements.
THIS IS A SUPERVISORY ROLE – NOT AN ADMIN OR CLERK POSITION.
We are looking for a proactive leader with strong compliance knowledge, attention to detail and proven logistics coordination skills.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree;
- 3 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience;
- 3 years of customs experience;
- Graduate/University degree (priority) in the relevant domain or higher qualification;
- English Language competence is required;
- Customs and clearance related course or relevant qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate customs clearance activities for import and export shipments;
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of customs documentation;
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines and other stakeholders;
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials;
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and company policies;
- Manage and develop the customs and shipping team.
