  Hiring: Sales Representative | Maputo

We are looking for a strong sales professional to support business growth for a company operating in the security and professional services space.

This is an active, field-based sales role. It is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who is comfortable going out, meeting clients, following up in person, visiting sites, building relationships, and actively driving business development in the market.

This role requires someone who is confident with clients, disciplined in follow-up, and comfortable turning leads into real business. You should be able to build relationships, manage a pipeline properly, and communicate with decision-makers in a professional way.

We are especially interested in candidates with:

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition;
• Strong English and Portuguese;
• B2B sales experience;
• A professional presence;
• Strong organization and reporting discipline;
• The ability to work independently and deliver results.

Experience selling services, systems, or solutions in Mozambique will be a strong advantage.
