Main Purpose:

Based in Maputo Head Office and directly reporting to the Lubricants Manager, the Data Stock Administrator – Dispatcher will manage data relating to customer consumption reports and stock management reconciliations and assist the Lubricants Manager, Mine Site Manager, others, in ensuring that activities relating to product receipts, transfers, sales, post orders for the supply chain, stock on hand and stock losses are properly managed in safe working conditions in accordance with the HSSE policies and guidelines as directed by the Site Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility of Data Stock Administrator – Dispatcher is to help an organization attract and retain clients through excellent customer service and comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services. Their main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Building lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommending the most suitable products or services to improve satisfaction
  • Building a comprehensive knowledge of company offers and demonstrating those benefits to clients
  • Following up and updating customers about the latest offers and promotions
  • Working with internal teams for effective customer service before and after closing sales
  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns and reporting their feedback to sales, marketing and product development teams
  • Researching prospective and existing clients for a better understanding of their needs
  • Monitoring key performance indicators of sales and marketing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports to improve results
  • Generating and following-up business leads
  • Poll data from all remote sites regarding Lubricants consumption and reconcile with the meter readings to prepare sales invoicing figures.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Skills

  • A University Degree in a Technical or Commercial field;
  • Three years sales and marketing experience with demonstrated achievements of success in Lubricants and Commercial or petroleum products;
  • A strong lubricants technical background is essential;
  • A proven track record in the Lubricants industry especially in the field of Total Fluid Management;
  • High level of analytical, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills;
  • Computer literacy in business applications and an out of the box positive thinker and operator;
  • In-depth Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Self-driven; ability to work independently and ability to make wise decisions on the spot;
  • Mozambican Nationality
